So I had booked premier inn , due to a business trip to Cheltenham, and the train was London towards Cheltenham had been delayed, which would mean that I would have reached the hotel after the Restaurant would stop taking orders, and that overwhelmed me. because missing dinner leads me to frenzy :(. I called the reception and 'JENNY', who was not really supposed to cater to my dinner need, went out of her way to take my order over the phone passed it on to the Restaurant and assured me that as soon as you reach , your dinner will be packed , and that was so reassuring. After a tiring journey , I eventually reached the inn and there were other amazing people with genuine HEARTS, who ensured I feel at ease and my dinner stays Hot and fresh. Example there was 'ANNA' and 'ROSIE' at the Restaurant.Speaking of 'ROSIE'.. WOW, she is courtesy par excellence, who further helped me making the right choices with my dessert , and in delivering them personally as she realised I already had a lot to carry. This is was makes a hotel very special , that their awesome staff , who go beyond to make our stay very comfortable and it feels like 'HOME'

Rooms: We booked a room for 24-25th of December we didn't notice sick in the room had not been cleaned when asked the staff they said they would give our breakfast back and a number to get our money back we got one night back and no breakfast which was promised very unhappy as we use premier inn all the time

A well-situated Premier Inn adjacent to a Beefeater that provides food and drinks. The hotel itself was a little tired and could do with a makeover of the communal areas.. The room was as we expected cosy and comfortable. The bed was as normal exceptional. There is a large free car park next to the hotel. It is only a 15 drive from Gloucester railway station.
We had booked for a couple over the Christmas period. Somehow and don't ask me how we did this but we messed up the dates for the booking. You can imagine the panic on an early Sunday morning when I looked at my calendar on the computer and realised the error.So at about 08.30am on a Sunday morning we phoned up Little Witcombe and Kerry answered our call. She was amazingly efficient and within an hour or so our mistake had been rectified. We are told by the people who have stayed there several times in the past this is an excellent hotel to stay in, friendly, good rooms and service.I can confidently say the customer services are excellent (thanks Kerry) and top marks to them.

just 5 minutes off the M5 at Junction 11A, this small two storey hotel is in a quiet countryside location with free car parking and electric car charging facilities on site.It is complimented by the nicely themed Twelve Bells Beefeater restaurant adjacent.The rooms are not air conditioned and have opening windows, we stayed in the first floor in room 102 which was spacious, clean and had an electric fan.Service once again was excellent in the hotel and restaurant where we had evening dinner and breakfast the following morning.Rooms: Comfortable and non air conditioningNearby activities: Gloucester center about 10 mins drive awayNoteworthy details: Free parkingElectric car charging facilitiesBeefeater restaurant

Not far from the motorway if you're thinking of splitting a journey and easy to find. Rooms could do with an update but ok, comfortable bed, nice quiet area. Good pub at the side of it.
