I'm always made to feel very welcome and it comes with great service a credit to all the staff ?Parking: Some of the parking spaces could do with being a bit wider but I guess that applies almost everywhere.

Absolutely horrible customer service, now that is summer and Tesco have done the offer to feed the kids is going to be very busy but this place is awful for parents, the lady serving us was saying to other old woman how tired and how she does not like kids right there in front of us, how rude, she is obviously in the wrong job and also in a different day it was another girl and the manager, please do something about it as is not fair parents get treated this way when we want to go and feed our kids!Kid-friendliness: So rude to my children and the lady wouldn’t even talked to me and treat me like a customer, she was just annoyed at any kids in the place , get another job for god sake

Awful service at the pharmacy. Received my prescription from my doctor 2 days ago, medication is out of stock but they did nothing to notify me until I came in to chase it up today, when it's needed tomorrow now! An old woman shouting across from the back to the lad at the counter when I was trying to talk to him, very rude & unhelpful

We popped in to the cafe on Sunday for a quick meal. Very nice place, super friendly stuff and delicious fish and chips! Very happy and will be back.

I would put 0 but i cant, this place is awful and we waited half an hour for a very small portion of chips. The staff were also rude and pulling dirty looks when we asked how much longer it would be.

I attend Tesco Store regularly, and have visited the Tesco Cafe within on three occasions. Its menu variety is poor and the quality of food is mainly frozen; the main store being the ideal place to obtain their stock I guess. It is from the freezer into the fryer/frying pan, placed on a plate and served to the customer. It's not my idea of a delicious meal. it's basic and nothing to write home about. However, it is in the main Tesco store and convenient to go there for a quick cuppa and basic snack or meal, sometime during your shopping at the store.

I was shopping one morning and could smell the food well i left the house without any breakfast so i went to the cafe and had some egg and bacon and hot chocolate. The person was very polite who served me and my meal came out in a few minutes the price was fare and food not bad and it was hot. The cafe was clean and more people came in for breakfast .its not a bad place to have a meal if like me your hungry while out shopping o and use your tesco club card to get extra points.
