Christmas Day Dinner.Our first time having dinner there Christmas day, but have dined at the Haywain many times over the years, food always great. From start to finish, everything was lovely, served all courses promptly by Debbie and Ryan, the food was first class and presented well, great atmosphere, tables spaced out well, an all round lovely experience. Definitely booking Christmas Day next year.
It was very busy as it was the weekend before Christmas so we expected a wait for food but it was only around 40 minutes and food was really nice and all came together even though there were 9 of us, excellent serviceVegetarian options: I will say that although there were a few vegetarian options, I originally wanted the burger but it was unavailable, this is really annoying as everyone else had their first choice

Big match day derby! Man City V Newcastle!! The haywain had it all.. atmosphere was amazing, great seating position with all tvs. Ordered food and all lads was very happy. Food was hot fresh and just fantastic, not an empty plate in sight. The staff Ryan Kiera and Courtney was most accommodating friendly and their hospitality was second to none. Absolute credit where is it due to the chefs Adam and Alex, job well done. Will definitely be coming back!
