I really wanted to like this place... Traditional pub in beautiful Winchcombe. Great patio space in the back. Tea was great. The food I had in an earlier visit was mediocre. The place doesn't feel clean. The snug is dark and unwelcoming to non regular customers. Probably won't go back.Dietary restrictions: Staff do not seem to know much about gluten intolerance. Doesn't seem to be too much consideration.. If celiac do not eat here.

This must be home to the very best bar man in the entire world! A truly great pub with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, a local with the best in grub and service!!

Called in for an impromptu lunch, wasn't too busy thankfully because we hadn't booked. I imagine you would at weekends. A hidden gem of a place. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Good value food, nice beer garden, but we sat inside.Dietary restrictions: Wife is coeliac, but was more than happy with her ham,egg and chips.

What an experience we had at the corner cupboard inn... Exceptional welcome from Rachel, who is a true character and asset!!The atmosphere was a cross between faulty towers and acorn antiques, in the best possible way! ?The food was lovely. I would've liked homemade chips rather than frozen but good value for money.Would visit weekly, if I didn't live so far away.Thank you ?

So this was our first visit where me my husband and 9 year old son was greeted by a quite rude waitress with a sarcastic manor when my husband asked if there were any tables then she asked what our next question was! We had a small dog with us which she said she could seat us to one of her friends saying she was allergic to dogs so we were basically told no to being seated, very disappointing won’t be going back

Very disappointed, went into the pub with my brother we had two pints of Guinness we proceeding to have two more only for the bar man to ask to bring up the empty glasses which I found strange, once I Brought the glasses up he used the same dirty glasses too pour two new pints! Couldn’t believe it
