Popped there on the way home with my son, went through the drive thru and was sat there for minutes saying hello to the speaker, someone said hello then disappeared, decided to go in and made my order, I stood waiting for my number to be called when I say our items on the side & everyone else's order was being packed but our sat there! I was stood there nearly 15mins.Staff were walking around and not really helping with the back log of food
Placed a order for the family of 4 costing nearly £30 via the app for collection and they forgot the friesMay be quality check needs to improve. Although went after we got home to get and they apologised and gave the missing fries.

This place is becoming more and more a chav safe haven for kids to mess around in. Food is very very slow, latest timer for 1 x cheeseburger was 6 minutes and when arrived was luke warm.
