So happy we found this place. We had a lovely dinner, the food was outstanding and the service was amazing. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly (didn’t catch his name unfortunately). Overall absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be returning!
The Crown at Ampney Brook was a lovely pub for Sunday Roast in the Cotswolds. The food was excellent, service was friendly, and the interior reminded me of a cozy, countryside cottage.The food wasn’t necessarily anything to write home about, but it was all very well done — the beef roast being the stand out. Warm welcome allowed to have a drink in the bar and moved to our upstairs table at our leisure. Great atmosphere and service in the dining area, extensive menu and all 3 courses that our party of 3 had were really favoursome and welcome presented. Spend nearly 3 hours at the table service was well paced and we weren’t kept waiting or rushed. Overall one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time
