Awful new pricing that secretly has bumped the prices right up and made it a confusing trial to get the sandwich you want.There was nothing wrong with the old model. Why did they have to make it worse (well, clearly to rinse the customers for more money).

Adam deserves a massive pay rise. I came here on Mother’s Day for lunch with my mum. We got to the door to find it queued all the way to the door whilst Adam was there all alone serving. He was calm, professional and still friendly even under the immense pressure he would have felt being alone with the demand he had. The queue moved forward and more people came keeping the queue incredibly long. The speed Adam was working at and under the pressure was absolutely outstanding. The volume of people was unbelievable and they just kept coming. Adam was even having to take care of the online orders coming in amongst the queue of people and some of the orders coming in online were for 6 different types of sandwiches. My guess is that someone called in sick that day and this lad was stitched up by subway by making him work alone. He should have been paid double pay at least for that shift. I genuinely left there feeling guilty for him with that never ending queue. What a hero he was to subway that day. Subway, please do feel free to get in touch with me to to discuss if you like or check the cctv of that day at lunch time. That lad could be your greatest asset yet and you probably don’t even realise you have him. Well done Adam, keep up your amazing work.

Friendly staff. Usually, no problem so previous review of 5 stars.Today, I went in at 10.45am as fancied a Subway breakfast. I'm having problems with my appetite so I was actually pleased to want to eat something. Unfortunately, they had already switched to their main menu which I couldn't see anything I wanted on. I walked out because it was hot and I was disappointed that I got the breakfast time wrong. Upon checking online, it does say on multiple websites that breakfast is served til 11am.

We had broken down on the M5 and waited at this services for recovery. We walked in 10 minutes before closing however Aaron was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Well done for the excellent customer service. Thank you.

Plenty of staff but very little stock! I appreciate it was a Sunday around lunch time but had very limited salad, even more limited meats and only 2 breads in stock, no cookies or cakes, very few bottled drinks and 3 choices in crisps.I hope they have a delivery Monday as the store was bare.Also not the best layout for the deli as you have to try and double back in a small space to Order..What I did order was nice though.
