Adam deserves a massive pay rise. I came here on Mother’s Day for lunch with my mum. We got to the door to find it queued all the way to the door whilst Adam was there all alone serving. He was calm, professional and still friendly even under the immense pressure he would have felt being alone with the demand he had. The queue moved forward and more people came keeping the queue incredibly long. The speed Adam was working at and under the pressure was absolutely outstanding....read full review

Friendly staff. Usually, no problem so previous review of 5 stars.Today, I went in at 10.45am as fancied a Subway breakfast. I'm having problems with my appetite so I was actually pleased to want to eat something. Unfortunately, they had already switched to their main menu which I couldn't see anything I wanted on. We had broken down on the M5 and waited at this services for recovery. We walked in 10 minutes before closing however Aaron was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Well done for the excellent customer service. Thank you.
