Went for the Christmas Fayre and light lunch. Had a great time with the kids. Mushroom soup, baba ganoushe, fries and cheesy fries were delicious. Kid's fish goujon burger was just the fish in a brioche bun - no butter on the bun and tartare sauce wasn't available so we settled on ketchup - unfortunately the side slaw was just red onion in dressing, couldn't see any cabbage so this was inedible by my child and even me. Overall food was great, as was the atmosphere, we had a great time and so will be back.

Wonderful people, rooted in the community. An unpretentious, lovely, welcoming environment. Obscenely gorgeous croissants. The burger challenge has yet to be won, but there are lots of other munchies to choose. Great selection of beer (made on the premises). My favourite place.

The beer was good. The acoustics were so poor(couldn't hear yourself speak). Abandoned the the pub & went to the Ship down the road.

Went there yesterday afternoon. Its not my sort of place really but I like Dunkertons so nip in for a couple. No issues with the drinks that are served. But I certainly wouldn't eat the food after watching one of the kitchen staff use the urinal and not wash his hands!! I watched him walk to the kitchen area thinking maybe he will wash his hands there but no! He just carried on. Small skinny balding man you are vile and need to be sacked.

Lovely venue, clean and bright. The Stinger beer, 4.2 ABV was excellent. Great range of other beers available too. I didn't eat there but the food coming from the kitchen looked yummy

Would of given 5 stars but the reception could have been less frosty...however great beer cider and a friendly good bye from another member of staff gets a thumbs ? up from me

Fantastic food, drink and atmosphere! Very dog friendly, they were given water bowls when we arrived. As we were only visiting, we didn’t take advantage of all the fantastic community opportunities going on at the taproom. This feels like a proper little community hub, lovely.

What a fantastic place great staff especially Joe who was so helpful and welcoming..I would defiantly recommend a visit if you are in the area, book a table it was busy even on a Thursday evening. The IPA was particularly good also the falafel burger.

This is one of my favourite breweries. I loved popping into the previous site, which was just on the exit road. The latest site is superb and always hosts monthly events to attract a mix of people. Tom Long is highly recommended, and 3.5% makes an excellent choice for any designated DRIVER!

Lunch on 27.7.23. Food was great. I had a Mushroom, Tarragon and Soy bap. It was really tasty but quite salty. My husband had a Pork and Leek Sausage bap and said was great. The meal came with salad and we had a portion of fries as well. Service was OK and there was plenty of room to choose a table. The setting was great. It is right on the disused canal so lovely for a walk.

Quirky, different, but an excellent venue.Great range of their own beers, and although a limited lunchtime menu, the food was very good (just a shame the pizzas aren't available until later in the day). Dogs are welcome and whilst there quite an assortment of breeds made an appearance. You can finish with a brisk walk down the canal towpath at the rear of the brewery. All in all, a grand day out!
