Second time coming for a carvery, food was delicious, puddings are amazing. Staff are lovely, there is a large car park. My own downfall was last time we came the deserts were written on a board and the staff wasn’t really sure what they was. One line said cheesecake and she wasn’t sure what kind it was, another just said fudge, I assumed it was fudge cake. We were stopping just down the road for the weekend and popped in for a few drinks. The 2 ladies behind the bar were both lovely and the locals were welcoming and friendly. We booked in the next night for a curry which was the best curry I have ever had. Well worth a

When stopping at the caravan site up the rd , we always pop in to the gate for a couple . Landlord very friendly as are the locals . Not eaten in here but the Indian restaraunt adjoing smells lovely .
