We have used Mother India as our-go-to takeaway for years, however our last experience so was disappointing that I will not be back. I collect our order and was amazed to see the filthy (no other word for it I'm afraid) state of the 'white' overalls being worn by the catering and serving staff. The food was equally disappointing with the chicken being far from fresh, and - I'm guessing - bought in frozen. Ordered a takeaway from them always been good it took over an hour to get here when it did there were dishes missing the popodom and onion bahji tasted like they had been fried in old oil the chips were hard as were the chickpea dishes and the nann bread was burnt

2 hours late and not what I ordered. Absolutely fuming, ordered two currys and some sides at 18:18 arrived at 20:10. I ordered a mild bhuna as I'm not great with spicy food, it arrived 2 hours late and very spicy I couldn't eat it. I called to let them know and asked for a refund the guy said he doesn't know how to do a refund and his manager isn't there so couldn't help me. Absolute joke and I'm starving ?
