I have been here many times over the years and I am quite satisfied, although I preferred it before the recent refit when it had some nice pottery items on display. When I visited yesterday it was particularly enjoyable as it was the day that lock down officially ended. I was delighted with the coffee (a cappuccino with special roast) and cake but it was a bit noisy where I was sitting. This was due to faulty air conditioning and it detracted from the nice music.
Spacious place. Used to be nice as the stuff used to work there have changed the one are now, not very friendly.they need to work on how to provide a better customer service for their customers.i am a coffee lover so I have been in all the local costa This is the worse one. Have giving 3 star as I would like that they get the hint and correct that issue.

What a brilliant and clean store … I have just gone in to order a Vodaphone free Friday coffee offer, Sandra greeted me well and her colleague was making sure the store and the toilet are fully clean … really happy with my visit and how the store is clean and nice and how Sandra helped with explaining that I have to pay just 10 p extra … North Acton costa is a great and calm place to drink coffee at … well done…..
