I take back what I said about one of the barmen. As a mild mannered man I shoot from the hip. I realise your job is tough enough. In the service industry & you made the right decision in refusing me service, as you probably thought it was in my best interests & also you were just doing your job. So no offence intended.

I visited Spouter's Corner for dinner on a work trip to London as I was doing a training session in Wood Green and the pub was close to the Tube station. The pub was busy (arrived 8.15pm on a Monday night) but I managed to find a table with a chair...most tables were occupied. I was visiting alone so used the App to order food and a drink. To call these guys lifesavers is an understatement. I had breakfast here on the morning of Monday 9th, and lost my charge cable meaning my phone died, and my card had been lost so I had no way to pay for things. The manager (didn't get his name but he wore round glasses) was incredibly helpful and managed to sort me a wire, enabling me to charge my phone just enough to dash to the shop and buy a new cable. I cannot thank the staff and especially manager here enough!
