Great customer.service, friendly ,helpful, polite. One girl In particular stood out for me, i think she was English and had a nose ring I don't know her name.. she was the best example of what customer service is all about . She was polite, vocal , a great worker and made me feel good to be there enjoying my coffee. And she was gorgeous lol. I would definitely go back because of this experience. go here most days for my coffee, there's a lovely young girl and guy who work there, not sure of their names. but I went today and the older lady with the black hair was very rude when she got my order wrong, and then made me a disgusting drink. won't be going here anymore :(

Nice branch of Costa.. Must say though the most important thing is the staff. Victoria has great, nice personality. Costa please recognise this and please give this girl a pay rise! It really makes all the difference to the experience of visiting a Costa if the staff are likeable. Six stars
