Always use shell premium diesel as it’s the one that gives us the most mileage , we’ve tested it many times and the engine also gets quiter, I would wait and full tank here rather than emergency elsewhere

Very large station with plenty of pumps and big convenience shop inside. No windscreen cleaning paraphernalia (water, wipers) though at the pumps which is an omission.

Overall a terrible experience for charging.Took five attempts to get it to start with each time needing to put the cable back and start all over again. 89p/KWH is a joke and as I have a Tesla and there are too many cars and too few chargers, Shell had a chance to corner this market. Makes me wonder if they make it difficult on purpose as Petrol is a better deal. Waitrose shop was good though, nice people.

Called in for desiel at 4.55am no attendant as he was taking in a delivery waited 20 minutes pumps still not turned on went to the rear of the building to ask him if you could do it it was told not his priority at the moment until after 5:30 needless to say I drove to the next petrol station. I won't be going back again and I don't suppose the other 4 people waiting will be using them either I would have given it 0 stars if possible

Went to pay, was told by woman to “go to the window” no please or any politeness at all. Very rude no customer service skills.. I’ve never been spoken to like that sorry barked at the miserable c**tLooking forward to going back though!!!!!!

Very Very dirty toilet. No toilet paper, hand dryer does not work. As a shell customer I expect to get a decent service. Shell should look at this service station.

The toilet it's an absolute infection source. I am a lorry driver and this is by far the most disgusting and dirty toilet I had to use( unfortunately )No talking about toilet paper or hand dryer....
