Food was ok but what makes this place a 5 star is the staff. The staff members seemed genuinely happy to serve me, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Always a little bit of extra frisson here ordering with a small window before my train leaves ... but have yet to have an issue. The app is a game-changer BUT all the pre-orders were stacking up on my last visit and it really wasn't clear whose orders were being called out. I've experienced an ordering kiosk melt down in another branch at breakfast (I went to McDonalds) ... I know Leon (& their EGGroup owners) are smart enough to fix this tech, so please get on it!
