Really sad to say the customer service was so bad. The staff was unfriendly and really ignored what you asked for.

I've ordered through UBER EATS a few times now, since I love the quality of food from Greggs and with every order I've placed, I've had several missing items, as if nobody read the order and threw in anything, ranging from missing Breakfast Baguettes or just sending a Bacon baguette when the order was clearly showing bacon and sausage with extra bacon and sausage as well as an additional hashbrown, missing bakes in one of my orders then sending a Coffee as opposed to a Hot Chocolate. It's not hard to read a delivery note as well as any additional extras on the order. I've had to call this Greggs directly on numerous occasions now to complain about staff not reading the order and also checking the order is complete before sending. I know you guys get busy, but please don't drop your standards because you're busy, please read your orders and double check that everything from the orders are bagged before sending your delivery orders. I was so excited to see Greggs on my UBER EATS. But based on the delivery experiences I've had from your store, I just won't be ordering from you anymore, for that I'm disappointed.

The place never opens on time. Now 07:04 & doors not open. They could learn from Cafe Nero. Get what you pay for!

Honestly the worst Greg's I have ever had the misfortune to visit, never enough staff on, the staff at the back can see the queue but never come to help their colleagues, waited 8 minutes and left as my bus was due. Never again !!!

Good location near the bus station. The food is good and they have good offers. The staff are friendly and they helped quite quickly , in time for me to catch my bus.

Flies were found on cakes and staff too scared to throw them away as no manager was around. Staff were very polite. This store needs to work on it's hygiene.

says it opens at 8am on Sundays. Came in at 9:30 they only had tuna baguettes, no omelette for the freshly made baguettes and their excuse was “we just opened” 1:30 into service and they had almost no products available.learned my lesson, never going back.
The older Caribbean lady who always behind the counter needs to sort herself out . She’s just plain rude . If you ask for an item she has not acknowledge you at all, looks at you as if you have killed someoneI’ve seen her terrible attitude for a long time now, and I’ve seen her be Really disgusting to other customers. She kisses her teeth after people . I think Greggs need to do a mystery shop on this worker to see what I’m talking aboutLady nobody is forcing you to work there. There is a running joke that Caribbean ladies have this type of customer service running Caribbean food shops maybe she needs to work for one of those instead. I’ve literally walked past the shop into the McDonald’s instead because I can’t be bothered to deal with her attitude.

Terrible food, terrible service. The workers are rude, they talk between themselves and don't listen to customer orders. One customer in front of me card wasn't working and wanted to use apply pay and the worker who I would like to name but won't got really rude and kissed her teeth at him. The food is undercooked I bought a cheese and onion bake, pastry not cooked and filling was watery. I had to throw half of it away and due to the undercooked pastry I have a bad tummy ache. This greggs needs a uplift and new staff that want to do their job properly. The food preparation is poor.

Refuse collectors from the street walking into the kitchen while food is prepared.. were is hygiene control.... why do staff never encourage the use of thir app?

I came in to the store frequently and always feel like the woman behind the till is rude she doesn’t have a name just says trainee and she is always complaining to other staff I wouldn’t mention it if I recognise it once but it is everytime ?
