I came in to the store frequently and always feel like the woman behind the till is rude she doesn’t have a name just says trainee and she is always complaining to other staff I wouldn’t mention it if I recognise it once but it is everytime ?
Stopped going to Gregg's in 2020 due to hygiene concerns (touching food and taking money without gloves ect) and moreso in a pandemic.Today I was so hungry and they were the closest so I decided to give it another go once I went in and the previous staff was not on shift.I have to say I was extremely impressed today...no waiting in que for 15 minutes as per usual.
