I had a last minute panic because I have coeliacs disease and Elvira was absolutely wonderful and was able to make me some delicious gluten free cakes and scones for an afternoon tea I was doing at home! Highly reccomended!
I had a great morning today with Elvira making delicious cakes. I learned banana, carrot and chocolate cake. Finally I got the right fluffiness out of my baking! She is very patient and flexible adapting the recipes to make it as healthy as possible. I highly recommend her classes and would love to do more in the future!
