I have a coffee/tea/hot drinks subscription with the Pret chain and am often in a rush to get around London. It's so easy and a great time-saver to be able to walk in, order a hot chocolate or organic coffee, beep the QR code, and be out with a nice hot drink in hand within minutes.Staff are friendly and efficient, even during the rush hour.Dietary restrictions: Choice of dairy milk, oat milk, soya milk at no extra cost.
Typical branch of Pret.Visited Sunday afternoon.Place was clean.Limited selection of food at this point of day.Few sandwiches left. Croissant was still OK but clearly not fresh.Downstairs area blocked including access to main toilet (so limited to single toilet upstairs). While need to wrap the day is understandable, could maybe still wait for visitors to leave before restrictions of expected service?

This branch is relatively small although it has seating areas, up and downstairs. It was fairly busy with mainly with tourists on my visit. The service here was slow with only three staff members on service at the time. The refreshments, wrap, baguette, rolls and the fillings was good quality, freshly made and flavoursome.Disappointingly the restroom was not to the standard of cleanliness that is required.
