The food is often cold. This is because the plates are cold to start with. If your going to serve ' hot' food it has got to be on hot plates .. I regularly get cold or semi warm food.
Great atmosphere, the food and drinks are good value for money. But gosh itâs bitterly cold by the front doors. Iâve got up and closed them and management immediately propped them open again. Why ?ââď¸ itâs -1 outside. Weâve moved 3 times to get out of the draft. An air curtain is required. Whatâs the point of heating a huge building only to let all the heat out. Poor show!!

Young guy so drunk at 7pm served and re-served despite obviously being out of his head. Dancing around and shouting, oblivious with his earbuds in and causing consternation/people leaving the nearby high-bar tables/stools in the meantime. Bar manager and staff obviously completely unaware of the âdonât serve a drunk personâ licensorâs rule.
