We only stopped for a coffee and managed to get a table outside. A girl had just cleaned up so all good there.The views are good if it’s not raining and huge inside.The coffee was nice and strong and the chocolate milkshake was great.The staff could be a bit friendlier, not much smiling going on. Maybe it was a long day! ?
I was enjoying the peace and quiet in the upstairs section when they started to play loud music, including rap. This is the third Cafe Nero I've visited recently where the music has been too loud. Anyone who wants to listen to music has their own system these days, and it is just annoying. Starbucks seem to get this and have music on low so it's not intrustive.

There's a nice area in the café , away from the serving area, almost like a lounge, with comfy chairs and a relaxed atmosphere. The café is quite busy at times and so it can take a while to get served. Toilet is decent enough.
