As a typical tourist, I'll complain about not working wifi. When I was mentioning this to a staff member, I was told that this is normal and that all that the staff can do is to complain further to their manages. In any case, this is the problem of multiple Starbucks and I don't know why. Maybe too many customers are connected and it overload the network. I find Starbucks hit and miss. As an American I like the filter coffee and it is often not available. The team here today went above the call and made me some instead of offering me an Americano which I do not like. Thank you. Charlotte, Juwon, Emmi you rock. I was feeling beyond the need.
