This rather compact Starbucks had become my favourite coffee stop when I needed to be in the Shard area for a number of days with long waiting periods. The location is practical. Little daylight, high chairs all round. Very very kind peeps serving good coffee. Always comforting to have a real mug when drinking in. Room for improvement? Little things like pre-warmed mugs, availability of charging facilities and more frequent clearing and COVID-safe cleaning.
It's a chain coffee shop and sells all the things you'd expect, however I don't know what witchcraft they are using but they somehow manage to make the most consistently delicious Frappucinos in the whole city. Never too lumpy/watery/weak, I've never had a bad one from these guys. Keep it up!

Can't get Internet signal down there and Starbucks WiFi doesn't seem to work which makes using their app difficult. They need to bring back the extra hot option because every latte I've had from here has been lukewarm and I've finished drinking it before I get back to my office.
