I just feel like these people genuinely don’t want to work here. Everytime I go it’s like I’m begging them for a drink not paying ? and there’s a young man and lady that keeps play fighting with each other behind the counter. I hope they get together.
Snotty white lady with tattoos and redish/brown hair gave me terrible customer service, at first she completely ignored me to talk to a colleague, and then, without even looking at me, took and scanned my items. She never asked what I wanted until she had already told me the price ? . Also she handed me a paper cup after I ordered an Ice Latte, and didn't inform me that they ran out of ice cups, so when I pointed out I wanted an Ice Latte she acted as if I was an idiot and stated...read full review

I came in today to buy an oat latte and I got served by the most beautiful woman today she was a hijabi with glasses her service was an absolute 10/10 she went above and beyond!!. Is there any chance I can get her number? :) highly recommend this pret store but stay away from this barista she’s mine!!!!
