Ordered 3 pizzas tonight for collection. They made a simple, easy-to-do, but significant error with one of the three. I didn't realise until I got home.I called them. Got a lovely and immediate response. Replacement pizza ready within 10 minutes and the offer for free delivery.Mistakes happen. Dealing with them is what differentiates good service from bad and I was very impressed with today's response.Thank you.

Take away off course, but two things have happened since the pandemic. The pizzas have gotten much better value. But also, they've gotten much better pizzas. So worth giving them another chance, its a dramatic improvement over a few years ago.
