3rd time in my life ordering online from this place and I swear it was the last time... Every single time some items are missing.. medium fries instead of large... and food arrived cold even though its a 5min drive for the delivery guy from the restaurant to my house. It must have been sitting on the counter for 10min getting cold... horrible.
I am quite pleased with this McDonald's. It was the first one l have seen the managers doing outstanding customer service. While eating, they were in the eating area smiling, asking if everything was alright, if we needed something.Before you say this wasn't quite full, they had enough time. Let me kindly stop you there and say that wasn't the case. But, when you have good teamwork and organisation, this is what you've got as a result.
