We went to Pizza Express on New Year’s Eve 2023. The manager fitted my family in at the last minute even though there was very limited availability. The staff were exceptional, and you could see it was very busy, so they were under pressure, but still managed to give excellent service with a smile. My son had an absolutely brilliant time for his surprise birthday family party at St Marks… Tomaso and Elvira made sure that everyone was well taken care of, and they went above and beyond with service, friendliness and care.The food was delicious and they were patient with our large groups order… even helping in serving our own cake instead of us ordering pudding.
