Mind!!!THIS!!!GAP!!!Between the stairs and wall.I was here with friends and sit on the ground floor . A man trying to steal my friends bag from this gap.I saw the man’s hand and ask other customers who saw it . And I confirm is one particular man . They would not let anyone use the accessible restroom. Other restroom was upstairs. Impossible for someone in a wheelchair or mobility issues. Staff was unapologetic. Changed reason several times. Finally stated there was a leak from toilet upstairs. Customer was made to feel embarrassed for having mobility issue. Longtime Starbucks customer. Will not return.

The store was busy yet lots of tables were taken up by people with no drinks or food in front of them. Also, the bathrooms are awful. Dirty wet floor, ladies sanitary bin over flowing, hand dryer not working and no loo roll.
