We stopped in for a sit down to break up our afternoon, friendly staff and plenty of seats downstairs but only one toilet with a queue right by the tables. Food and drinks were fine.
Loads of things were out of stock but not crossed off the menu, my friend asked for a breakfast wrap and they gave him a bacon roll, staff very difficult to communicate with, it took a whole minute for the cashier to understand what my friend meant when he asked for an extra shot, even though that's a very standard thing to ask for. 2 stars for trying but failing. The barista's forgetting orders, not doing them correctly, slowing things down and having to ask you what your order is after waiting 5 minutes. Looking at you with a blank and confused expression. I don't mind waiting but the attitude of the barista was so unprofessional. Yes there only serving beverages but a smile won't go a miss.
