I can’t fault Itsu and I believe it’s highly underrated as a sushi chain. The salmon is always fresh and soft, the rice nice and sticky, the seaweed ever so crunchy, and the prices are unbeatable. The tofu in the miso soup is also so flavourful! At busy Euston station, pressed for time, I decided to grab something to eat before catching my train. I am pleased to say that the service was fast despite the queue. I was able to get a quick hot meal in about 5 minutes. Decent!

Staff here are excellent and deal with horrid customers very well. Served today 25/07/23 by Shahanara at 18:48, and her colleague to her right dealt with a really nasty piece of work. Well done to him, deserves praise.
