Tried to order my food from Uber eats, and the people were completely clueless of my order, it arrived completely something else( missing part or the order for a good total of my complete orde in £) and when try to reach them out to solve the issue, no response from their side was provided

Just passing by thought I’d grab a burger food big standard Burger King nothing to write home about was good fresh that’s what matters but what prompted me to rite this review was the exceptional service I was give greeted with a smile although very busy the lady who served me was very polite and patient give her 10 stars for customer service great job guys keep it up

I woke up with a crazy desire for Bk, I chose one that was close to a place that I had to buy and I took the opportunity to eat a hamburger, when I got there I spent about 5 minutes with my Bk app because I had points and I wanted to change, it turned out that when I got to The cashier told me that I cannot use the points because they do not have a scanner, ok I chose the food and paid for it, i did not accumulate points with that consumption or use the points that I already have. I sat down and went to use the hand sanitizer and it was stale, it smelled very bad, I had to go to the sink and sanitize my hands. The place looks dull and not very clean. Luckily the checkout guy was correct. I'm not coming back.I need to mention the new burger with chimichurri it's very good.

I go often to BK however the staff never seem interactive, all focus is entirely on getting people their food fast. (it was not busy so a smile followed by how are you does go a long way)Vegetarian options: Their plant based burger is much better than McCompetitor

Well, the 2 whopper meals we ordered were a delightful blast from the past I must say, very nice indeed.... Saturday night, restaurant empty, other than staff.... Asked to use the toilet, was told by the "manager" no can do as the door doesn't work? As in the inside part of the lock doesn't work and would lock me in.... I pointed out that my partner could In fact use his super powers to "hold the door open, as to avoid being taken hostage by rampant kazi. After an Oscar winig eye roll, he flounced around the counter and opened the toilet door.... Partner managed (only just) to hold the perilous door open, I was safe! I think what manager actually meant is that these toilets are being used by the staff only, as we cannot be bothered to clean them and or top up toilet roll.
