When charging nearly £5 for an orange juice, I'd expect it to be at least fresh! Long life OJ is not acceptable. The lattewe had was tiny

Indoor seating very crammed. Only one outside toilet.Menu has changed and food was disappointing?? Change of management/ownership.

The website for this place is completely misleading. There are no wines or beers. It is just a cafe with average food and drinks and the toilet (just one) is outside so not even an inside toilet. The website has to be changed. It is completely false advertising. In these days where people are suffering from the cost of living crisis and save up to go out once every few months - it is unacceptable to give a false view of the menu and drinks.

The butternut soup was good if a bit peppery but the carrot and ginger soup we had last time was delicious especially in this cold weather we are having - staff helpful & friendly & no unwanted background musicParking: Plenty of parking outside or just across the road

Gets crowded and noisy indoors sometimes, but we usually sit outside in the garden at the back. Occasional mistakes with the food, but willingly corrected. Friendly and polite staff. V gdVegetarian options: Not my department, but friends seem happy with veggie options.Dietary restrictions: Always willing to modify meals to suit dietary needs.

Always a delight to visit and eat and drink after exploring the amazing green surroundings. Great coffee and a wide range of healthy, tasty, affordable dishes, served promptly and with a minimum of fuss.A big thank you to the management and staff! ?? ?

Jan 2024 visit ?? ?Tables looked to be sanded down. Much better now. The host is buzzing around on Sunday morning to get everything moving as it got super busy by 10 AM. Good food.Great location and outdoor. Indoor walls are decorated with arts from public who want to sell them. The tables (no.6) were sticky and reflects what other reviews state. I had a full breakfast and for the price paid would expect a big one. A little pricier menu. Good vegetarian options. The staff looked after us well.

Saved the day for Boxing Day breakfast. Great service and tasty food. Only suggestion would be maybe having a few more vegan options or marking on the menu what could potentially be made vegan.

Love coming to this place. Lovely gardens, pond and walk in the woods. Great place for a catch up over coffee and food.

This is one of the best local cafes for a relaxed vibe (it feels like the countryside!), good, friendly customer service, healthy slices of gluten free cake and soya hot choclate.

I think there are new owners. The food was great my only gripe was the cutlery arrived after our food so we couldn't get stuck in straight away. If we were meant to collect our own a reminder at the till would have been great. We've been coming here for years one of our favorites. Our parents have a memorial bench in the park which we visit regularly. We have many fond memories of meals and celebrations together.

Not quite sure what has happened to this gem. It looks run down and neglected. Coffee was luke warm and spilt over tray, also was a latte not a cappuccino. Service was polite but they didn't seem to care about their once high standards. Hope things improve.
