I used to live by this shop years ago. It was the best fish and chip shop in the area. The food was excellent and the people were really lovely. Proper down to earth and old school if you know what I mean. I was visiting a friend and decided to visit the shop for old times. OMG it has not changed a bit. I love the fish from here. Is always cooked fresh to order. I like to sit in has a retro feel about it. Prices have increased since my last visit. But is still defo worth checking out!Parking: There's several bays outsideKid-friendliness: Is good to take the kids to sit in they do kids meals which is a smaller portion but perfect sizing

Recently visited this establishment after quite a period of time. Pleased to say it’s still quality fish and chips. First came here in 1977 as an 11 year old schoolboy and delighted to say still the very same high standards.
