The customer service in this Costa is the best service i have ever recieved from any of the branches i have been to, the staff members name was AJ he was so polite, kind and efficient and the Latte was A1!! if all the staff in the other branches were this polite they would easily take over starbucks!!! Amazing experience

The staff are very friendly, prices have gone up, and I have my coffee with Almond milk they charge me an extra 45p, I think it is very unfair, that they take cow milk off and add almond milk into my coffee. Especially almond milk cost less. I have complained to the area manager/ owner, but he did not wanted to know. These days I just go to Starbucks where they don't charge more money for almond milk.

I always enjoy visiting this branch of Costa, as it’s usually a little quieter, and the staff are always very welcoming. There’s a lot of local/repeat customers who’ve obviously been coming here for quite some time, and the rapport between them and the staff is lovely to see. Excellent customer service and fab coffee!

A great place to people watch opposite the library and next to Tidemill school- though it has to be said, there are a few places in Deptford that do much better coffee like The Waiting Room and Mousetail, and Costa does tend to get a bit scruffy outside due to the market debris and general flotsam and jetsam of life.

Disgusting service and food Delivered! Bad smell gone of macaroni cheese! When called branch manager told me that she just made it fresh at store which is complete rubbish as this is prepared few days before and stay in box in fridge. This one was stored in bin or something! Disgusting!
Slow service and dirty tables. Not enough staff for a busy sunday when there are chinese new year celebrations happening outside on their doorstep. We waited around 20/25 mins to be served. The woman i was served by was so rushed off her feet she barely acknowledged i was there. If only 2 staff was working they should have shut off online collection orders as they couldn't handle the constant orders coming in, making store customers wait longer to be served. It's not the staffs fault though, they should have just had more staff to begin with.

It's a Costa coffee - pretty much like all Costa coffee.Not many toilets in Deptford - so nice clean toilet is a bonus.
