Went in for a coffee, was greeted unpleasantly by the staff. Asked for oat milk but got dairy milk instead, felt very unwell for the rest of the day. Classical music playing in the background was cool, but no wifi.

Caffe nero you really need to step up your game-alot of people myself included are boycotting certain coffee shops for obvious reasons but unfortunately even though I am a three customer and I get a £1 coffee every week I do not use it simply because mocha is my favourite coffee and it is made so disgustingly bad like i cant describe how bad it is. I dont know its the coffeee or the milk or the chocolate or all three.I even tried the luxury mocha which was made from a carton it was so sickly sweet. I took two sips and it went in the bin.I have noticed some good reviews and Im wondering what drinks they are ordering as I would like to order something nice tooI sincerely mean this review to the point that I request the managers to taste what they are serving. I would go as far as saying tim hortons or somewhere like that is better and I hate that

I visited Nero Cafe at 8 in the morning, hoping for a quiet start to my day. However, the experience was marred by excessively loud music, making it difficult to enjoy my visit. When I requested for the volume to be lowered, I was told it couldn't be adjusted. Disappointing ambiance for a morning coffee.

My friend and I attempted to order however, while standing in the queue we understood the atmosphere was completely off. The staff seemed rude to customers and had 0 communication skills between one another. We promptly left before making any order, shame, considering Cafe Nero is one of our favourite coffee places.
They always have one staff member working at peak times? Seriously? And I can never find a seat because people just sit there with their laptops not even drinking or eating. It is very annoying!
