I have been few times in Caffe Nero in Ealing and the service and staff is allways friendly and courtiouse. It has good civilised and causy attomphasre and the resturant is clean and good food.I had tea and cakes normally which taste nice.It's near the ealing train station and not too far from Ealing Broadway shopping centre.over all I would definatly recomend it.
I only get hot drinks and cold drinks from here which are the best.Toasties are fine, customer service varies from time to time but was great todayVegetarian options: LimitedParking: No parking

Pretty large Caffe Nero with an upstairs service is nice, it was also pretty busy, it's also my first ever time at Caffe Nero.3 stars and not 5 is because I asked for a 'hot' caramel latte and they gave me iced instead. I didn't mind though but hopefully, I'll get hot coffee next time. I might go back
