Water melon not available but had pre ordered so paying the extra, but given another drink option in large cup as an alternative when advised paid extra for chosen drink.Friendly staff in despite of busy counterToilets not open for my daughter and looked a bit uninviting downstairs area

I order from this kfc every now and then, usually later at night as it’s the only and nearest kfc that’s still open. The delivery is quick because they don’t even bother cooking your food ( warm it up as that’s all they have to do) I ordered the zinger rice box, mash and gravy- everything was stone cold mainly the mash I’ve just opened it and it smelt like milk you could tell it wasn’t warmed up cause of the texture as well (I didn’t even bother trying it as I know I would have been sick otherwise) I know kfc is a fast food ‘restaurant ‘ but paying £20 to have cold food delivered is just ridiculous. It just made me feel sick. Sort yourself out you’re giving kfc a bad name just because of your terrible branch ! Would not recommend to not even my worst enemy.

Ordered a 3-piece boneless (which took ages to be prepared even though there were only 2 other customers in the shop) and a Krushem. The machine I was told after ordering was broken. Manager was arguing with a delivery guy that they didn’t have his order. The chicken tasted fine and normal, however gave me awful food poisoning and I was terribly sick. Avoid!!

Honestly I love KFC but this was far below the standard of what I was expecting. The staff basically ignored us while we were waiting to order at the front of the queue for as long as 10 minutes. The guy then took ages to understand what we were trying to order and then proceeded to tell us it was not possible to split the £36 cost between the 3 of us, then admitted he simply didn't know how to do it. The order came almost instantly but it was quite obvious they'd just reheated a relatively old order made maybe around half an hour before. The chicken itself was genuinely awful and most of us felt sick after completing that meal. The only reason this is 2* and not 1* is that the hot wings were quite good. We really should've gone to that nandos across the road.

I went in Saturday. It was incrediblely busy. I need a stick to walk as I'm not good on my feet and have back problems. The staff were brilliant. The manageress took my order and sat me down at a table and helped me with my order. She was amazing..
Decent food, first time trying KFC in the UK. Find it weird that the chips are listed as “unsalted”. Very different to Aussie KFC which is layered in chicken salt. Popcorn chicken was no where near as good as in Australia, think it’s cooked in different oil.

More than half a dozen people waiting more than 15 minutes for their orders. I understand that things are tough during busy periods but these waiting times are ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I waited 17 minutes for my order and there were people who’d ordered before me still waiting after I’d received me order.

Worst ever.... they mark your order ready for collection and then make u wait for 15mins at counter. The kitchen had not even started making my order but my order was marked ready to collect. Many other ppl were complaining the same thing. Looks like they have now even started mixing water with flaming wrap

Yikes… Came here with my friends the other day. The manager was awfully confused. The Krushem machine was broken and the manager told us that he would make a refund. He did not know how to make one for card payments and gave my friend cash in coins (who also got a krushem). I asked him if he could give us a £5 note instead and he was processing that in his head for a while. Then gave us £5.. I was waiting for the £0.98 because a Krushem is £2.99. I left it because it wasn’t worth the energy!!

I can't believe this is KFC Chicken. Terrible and unhealthy quality chicken in Earls Court KFC ever. I have shown the chicken one of the staff in the store but unfortunately didn't get any response.
