Extremely rude staff, seats are often filthy and almost every single table in the store is broken and wobbles therefore trying to get some work done isn't very comfortable. Staff are also very whiney complaining about little things.

Staff with attitude. I’ve asked for my bottle to be refilled from their filtered tap because it doesn’t fit in the refill station and the water runs out. The black lady with the name tag ‘marta’ responds why don’t you refill it yourself from the water station. Use a plastic cup and pour it into the bottle. The little plastic cups are tiny and it would take me over 10 little cups to do that and I would waste extra plastic which I’m clearly trying to avoid - hence the water bottle. Wouldn’t really hurt to be friendly and just refill it for me.

Pret a Manger has very nice food like sandwiches and salad bowls but this particular one has quite a noisy and busy atmosphere so 7.5/10.Parking: It is in Southside Shopping centre and is cheap at only £1.80 per hour.

Pret southside is my local branch. Have been going there for years as the food choices are good and they serve organic coffee. But it is very badly managed. The place is filthy. I mostly have to clear the table myself. Eventhough we pay for eat in. There are no trays or plates. Sandwiches are heated and put back in wrapper. Last few times my coffee was like hot water. Last time when I mentioned that the coffee was very weak the person told me it wax already half hour after the order (not true and time has nothing to do with strengrh of coffee) although it had been only 15min as I first ate my sandwich. . I was then asked how do i know coffee is too weak. So I replied that I just had sip! I wS awarded with ahard stare. Reluctantly i got another coffee which I had paid for. There is no manager in this branch for while. They start putting chairs up znd shouting that shop will close in ihr then half hour then 15min. Goez on and on in loud braxh manner. Staff attitude is vefy rude. It's a shame. In comparison putney branch is very friendly. It's a shame as it could be a great place if staff behaves well. Management please do something!

Sunday 11 December at Pret Wandsworth Southside. The place is a mess. Filthy seats. Bits of food in every crevice. It's clear nothing gets cleaned. We felt contaminated sitting down I put a plastic bag on my seat first. Staff were like robots. No manners. Will not be coming to this dirty unhygienic branch again. Simple

Went in for a coffee and food, female staff was shouting at multiple customers to the point it was awkward and intimidating for everyone else. I ended up taking the wrong coffee and not asking as you felt you couldn’t speak with staff.. wouldn’t go back

Today my day was totally destroyed. I ordered double espresso and was waiting my drink 15 min. At first, I asked about my drink after 10 min and staff answered that is coming. They did only when I asked manager second time. Will never ever come here again

I am writing this review so maybe someone will look into those poor staff rota.They are always understaffed, I feel very sorry for them .Please employ more staff,its slavery how those people work .Two staff members for 15 people waiting to order ...
