I have never received a bad order from this branch location of Papa John's Pizza. The food is amazing, delivery is quick, tasty and I wish them much success. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and handles every call with professionalism and kindness. All around I have had a pleasurable experience with them every single time and I will continue to order from this location. Don't let the previous negative comments deter you. Form your own opinions.

Ordered three pizzas 2 was inedible way to much BBQ sauce and one had obviously been dropped .pizza bases so hard and over cooked worse pizza ever tasted even iceland £1 pizzas are better than

Can't seem to make any pizzas right anymore. Had a bad order a month+ ago, where they used Philly steak on the mexican instead of meatballs (and was given some fake excuse that this was the new recipe). Ordered again to give another chance, and despite paying extra for certain ingredients there's barely any, and the mexican has no meat on it. Not worth another chance. Shouldn't be part of the PJ franchise if they can't follow simple recipes.

This place had been going down hill for a while … toppings seem to be getting less & less each time we order, pizza was cold & very poorly packaged. They also ALWAYS forget to put bbq sauce on their bbq chicken pizza, after ordering online I rang to ask them not to forget this time, the guy I spoken to promised he wouldn’t forget & you’ve guessed it!! They forgot ???? most of the food ended up in the bin. Never again.

Pizza took nearly two hours to be delivered, cold, dry, inedible and with wrong items to top it off. Store doesn’t answer calls. After several issues with this place I now will never be ordering from them again. Papa Johns should be reviewing their franchise agreement as this place is a shambles.

Very long wait on Saturday (circa 1.5hrs). Pizza arrived cold and damaged also missed sauces that we ordered and paid
First time ordering from Papa John's pizza as I usually order from Pizza Hut. Was able to watch the timeline and I'm not sure how accurate it was, but the pizza appeared to be cooked in 18 minutes, then was being sliced for 21 minutes!!! It then took about 20 minutes to arrive from a mile away. Needless to say by the time it got here ( over an hour after ordering) it was stone cold! Kids had to heat it up in the microwave first before they could eat it. The pizza was more expensive than Pizza Hut, even with a deal. Its a shame because the pizza itself was not too bad. Anyway, I'll be sticking to Pizza Hut for fast, hot pizza from now on, I guess.

Probably the best Papa J's franchise on either side of the Atlantic. The actual Pizzas are high quality and the staff, especially management, can't do enough for you despite running such a tight ship.
