The customer service was questionable!! I had ordered pizza around 7 pm. I’m not far at all from the Resturant and I know without a shadow of doubt that it takes about 10/15 mins (if there’s no traffic) for the pizza to arrive at my door once it’s left the pizza restaurant. So I had expected the pizza to be delivered within the next 30 minutes maximum so by 8 pm, I had received notification that Papa johns had finished making the pizza and then it was awaiting for the delivery...read full review
Very helpful and professional. My husband accidentally Ordered the wrong pizza with bacon (which we do not eat) and after calling them they agreed to give us a free pizza. We appreciated it very much, thank you for the help! Dinner was great
