We enjoy coming here as the staff are lovely Last Friday was a bit of a chaotic day for the Restaurant. Clearly there was not enough staff to serve hot drinks, serve meals or clear the tables after customers had left. Dirty crockery was clearly mounting up. Long waits for food and impatient customers. Such a shame as we love it here but its also now very expensive. £6.50 for a toastie (as shown) with a tiny teaspoon of coleslaw.!! Way too expensive!
My wife and I had a great little lunch in Cafe Massarella this afternoon.My wife's sourdough toasted cheese chutney sandwich was well very tasty whilst I had the best almond croissant I'd had for ages.Nice tea and mocha too.All served by two very helpful and pleasant assistants.

I had my usual coconut cappuccino in Masserella today, served by the lovely Rose, I love the way that she makes everyone feel so welcome by her friendly manner and smile. Great customer service and we all like her. She certainly puts a smile on my face.It's a wonderful place to come to and relax on my own or when meeting friends.
