Not allowed to change items in burgers anymore? No extra sauce either? Staff were rude, didn't wear gloves when preparing food, restaurant filthy, toilets worse and burger looked dodgy so didn't eat it. Fries were cold and rubbery, so chucked the whole lot in the bin. I had an extremely frustrating experience at this establishment. I ordered three hot drinks via the drive-thru, and to my surprise, I was asked to park and wait for an extended period, even though it was just drinks. After enduring over a 15-minute wait, I had to walk into the store to inquire about my order. To make matters worse, the drinks I received were not just lukewarm; they were downright cold. The only small issue I'd say I had was, at the drive through I waited 5 minutes for someone to speak to me through the post to order my food, have in mind there was no one else at the drive through then after he started to take my order he stopped me and asked me to go to the window to order ????♀️. Other than that, food was great, hot and yummy!
