Every time I've come to this branch I have received exceptional service, especially from the Manager. I’ve come late a few times and they still manage to sit me down and make me great pizza. I’ve been to many pizza huts around London and I’ve always been so disappointed by the service I’ve received. Would never go anywhere else! Thank you to the team in Feltham!
I don’t even know where to start. We paid for the buffet and was standing waiting for pizza for 15 minutes , all they kept putting out was ones with pork. When I finally got a pizza slice it was beyond bland. The pasta sauce tastes like tomato purée and nothing else. Waited till we nearly finished our food for a glass of tap water we asked for when we sat down. The only thing that was half decent was the salad bar . Never again !

My niece asked me to come here, and then asked me not to bring her back. The food was okay the salad was fresh, it's all become a little book from the table no human interaction. I used the QR code on the table and someone had put a scam QR code on top of the restaurant's (not there fault but still happened). She liked the ice-cream factory.
