Great food and wonderful customer service and the staff is very kind and very welcoming and ready to help out. Very good place to go in a group of friends with a nice view. There is a roof top to eat.
Didn't expect to receive the best customer/table service in the whole of London at our local nandos, but we did! We came in on a rainy weekday evening at 9pm and the kitchen was slowing down before close. We were advised there would be a 20 minute wait, however, the manager was super friendly and waited on us with extra care by giving us free starters, checking in along the way, free sides when the food came out and even two free desserts! This restaurant is one of my favorite chains in all of the UK and the service here is stellar. When we went they were out of garlic bread so they gave us a discount. Completely unexpected and unsolicited but this is what make good customer service. Oh and I almost forgot the views are amazing from this location 10/10
