The guy that served us was great I think he maybe new, was very friendly and helpful. The shop on the other hand is so run down and dirty so we didn't stay long at all and probably won't be back anytime soon.
My Frappe was still being made here as I didn't wish to queue up for nothing...other coffee shops have stopped serving Caramel Frappe much to my annoyance yet I didn't want shoppers who were queueing thinking that I was queue jumping. Best tasting coffee of all the chains. This outlet is good but can get very busy. Code needed to use toilet facilities. Service is pretty good but it would be better to have a tray to carry drinks etc. - saw one customer spill theirs because they did not have a tray. Worth visiting if tables have been cleared and not jammed up with the laptop brigade.
