Exactly what a pret should be.Never out of any ingredients (some prets decide they won't serve cream, or won't serve smoothies which is what lead to the menu change)Very sweet staff, smiley and helpfulClean and tidyA good pret.
I’ve seen other reviews from around 8-10 months ago and it says that staff were rude and terrified of the manager. But now when I visit, it’s very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff here are very efficient and kind and most of them deal with angry/frustrated customers very smoothly!

Pret what is going on! This branch with has no decaf coffee, or no coconut milk. That's the second store I've been to lately that doesn't have coconut milk. Tempted to cancel my subscription.
