Costa Coffee in the Hampstead area is a cosy branch with friendly and professional staff. While the interior is not very spacious, it provides a comfortable atmosphere for customers. The drinks, particularly the coffee, are made quickly and to perfection. Although the cleanliness of the toilets can be improved, the store itself is kept clean and tidy. The staff are commended for their helpfulness and kindness. However, it is worth noting that the prices are on the higher side.
