Waited 20 mins for order that got mixed up.One of the staff called out my number, told me he gave it away by accident when I went to collect.Asked me what I ordered and if I had the receipt. I didn't have it because self-service machine didn't print it.One other staff member offered to make my meal again. Suddenly, they realised the meal was ready to collect with the drink at the collection point, right in front of me the whole time.By time i got hold of the meal I had a cold burger and fries.I don't normally complain because I know the staff are working hard all day, but it was really bad service. The meal was literally ready to go between me and the counter.If the staff calls my number and I come to collect it, it should be standard practice that they check what's on the collection counter when I tell them what I've come to collect.Somehow my meal became invisible when it was the only one left on the collection counter and no staff put two and two together to figure out the obvious.

Visited the Swiss cottage branch and ordered through kiosks, the ambiance was decent even though all the tables were occupied but wasn't bothersome. We opted for a table service which took longer than expected and was the only fallback. Although I understand that they have plenty of orders coming online as well.. but preference to the people eating in should be more crucial as the delivery guy can be excused to wait for 10 mins max. This is coming from a person who has an experience dealing with delivery in fast food service. The food seemed to be average, with budget friendly price. Also ordered a hot chocolate which tasted bit bland. Would always be my go to place for quick bite. (Mayo chicken burger) all time favourite.

Worst ever customer service. 1.79 for cheesy flat bread it's a rip off and a theftDon't go there ban it. Service is appalling. Burger size are tiny. Barely taste the sauce i don't recommend this so called restaurant. Avoid it.Please go to Burger King at least they serve you proper and tasty burger. Boycott this so called restaurant avoid this place. Terrible McDonald's, constantly forget to put sauces or confuse them. For them, sweet and sour sauce and curry are one and the same. In the burger, you will have a few small pieces of onion and a tiny piece of cucumber. Burgers taste terrible. Can't compare with 5 Guys.

This is not my local branch but I visit here because the standard of food, service, quality and availability of products is better. Food always fresh. Staff nice. In the evenings you can never use the bathroom for some reason as it's closed off.

I was extremely disappointed with our recent order. Having promised Mc Donald’s ti my grandchildren, as a treat. I paid for priority delivery, only to have the food eventually arrive, nuggets undercooked and the whole meal stone cold. Despite logging a complaint to Uber Eats, they refunded a grand total of £7. The meal went into the bin and the children ended up in tears! Last time we order that.
