Visited the Swiss cottage branch and ordered through kiosks, the ambiance was decent even though all the tables were occupied but wasn't bothersome. We opted for a table service which took longer than expected and was the only fallback. Although I understand that they have plenty of orders coming online as well.. but preference to the people eating in should be more crucial as the delivery guy can be excused to wait for 10 mins max. This is not my local branch but I visit here because the standard of food, service, quality and availability of products is better. Food always fresh. Staff nice. In the evenings you can never use the bathroom for some reason as it's closed off.

love the older guy who does the tables, he really does bring a smile to your face. however, chaos at lunch with all the students however and that makes it place to avoid at that time I'm afraid they lack basic etiquette and really turn the place upside down between 1230 and 3.
